For me, Broderie anglaise is the epitome of summer fabrics. In the 19th century it was mainly used on nightwear and underclothing. Nowadays, it’s often used for sundresses or light shirt dresses like the one I’m wearing today. Due to the tiny eyelets the material is perfect for when it’s really hot or humid outside.
Berlin was transformed into a winter wonderland today so what could be more fitting than showcasing a winter neutral selection?
