Wake Me Up When September Ends

Fall finally seems to be on its way. Which is not a day too soon as far as I am concerned! The last week saw temperatures not falling under 28 °C so we had our share of high summer in Berlin. An ideal time to wear your summer dresses as long as that is still possible.This airy H&M dress is made of two layers with a chiffon print upper and accentuated waist. I have combined it with my go-to bag in contrasting orange and my favourite shoes of the moment, flip*flop wedge peeptoes. The wedge heels are just so insanely comfortable! The little H&M shoulder bag has been featured before as it is just so versatile and always adds a nice splash of colour. It is one of those buys where you got far more than your money’s worth in terms of wearability! The entire look is what I would call an effortless, casual resort style, ideal for a day in the city.

Der Herbst ist endlich in Sicht! Und das kein Tag zu früh, meiner Meinung nach. Letzte Woche hatten wir durchgehend über 28 °C hier in Berlin, der Hochsommer ist also in vollem Gange. Die beste Zeit, um noch einmal leichte Sommerkleider zu tragen – solange dies noch möglich ist. Dieses luftige, zweilagige H&M Kleid besteht aus leichtem Chiffon mit kontrastierendem Print. Ich habe es mit meiner aktuellen Lieblingstasche in auffälligem Orange und den extrem bequemen Keil-Peeptoes von flip*flop kombiniert, die ich Euch bereits in mehreren meiner vorherigen Outfit-Posts gezeigt habe.  Die kleine H&M Umhängetasche trage ich sehr gerne, da sie so unglaublich praktisch ist und immer einen schönen Farbkontrast bietet! Zudem ist sie aus robustem Kunstleder gefertigt, was man ihr aber nicht unbedingt ansieht. Sie ist einer dieser Käufe, die sich also mehr als rentiert haben. Der ganze Look ist eine Art lässiger Resort-Style, der aber perfekt für heiße Sommertage in der Stadt ist.
