The christmas spirit is finally settling in around here so it’s time to show you my christmas party outfit for this year. I wore this at our christmas work function last week.
The motto for this year’s christmas party was ‘Dress Up’ so I decided to go with something simple yet elegant. This little black sheath dress by Esprit has been in my closet for years now and I was quite happy when I set eyes on it while searching for something to wear for the party. It is very fitted with a classic v-neck and short capsleeves with silver sequins to add a little interest.
For a festive look I chose my bright red patent leather pumps by Tamaris to go with it. To add a bit more sparkle I decided to go for a party clutch with inset glitter I got at Zalando. The chain shoulder strap is silver as well to match the silver details on the dress.
I really like how the details on dress and clutch add a festive touch to the simplicity of the fitted black dress.
