With their nautical connotation stripes tend to evoke thoughts of seaside holidays or strolls along the marina. For some reason I have my eye on striped maxi dresses this summer and have been looking for a perfect one. Of course, I’m still on a shopping ban but it doesn’t hurt to look, right? As much as I value good quality it is sometimes nice to be able to get seasonal pieces at a good price and thus be able to buy more than one – especially if you are after trend pieces that may not be in season anymore the year after.
