There was a time not long ago when backpacks were actually reserved for kids still in school, nerds of every ilk or people who really don’t care. Well, times have changed!
It all started when I decided to finally put into action my long-hedged plan to take a bike to work. Grudgingly, I had to admit that a backpack would come in handy and would actually be a useful accessory. So I started scanning the market and discovered there were actually a lot of not too bad looking backpacks out there…but then I spotted this galaxy print backpack from spiral bags at Zalando…and fell head over heels!

I have rediscovered neon lately! The shops are full of neon-coloured items these days. Especially accessories are a good option if you don’t want to go too bright too fast.

This berry coloured Jette bag – it’s made of faux leather which I prefer because it’s animal-friendly and relatively hardy in wet weather. I also love tha fact, that the metal details are silver-toned. There seems to be far more gold hardware out there which I never understood as I like the cool aspect of silver.

One of those bright, but still chilly days when winter wasn’t quite ready to loosen it’s grasp. Perfect for a light wool blend coat.
In my mind, a cream-coloured coat is a must-have in every wardrobe. A true fashion staple. On days like this, I love combining it with a light shirt and boots. Add distressed denims for an edgy look and you’re dressed for the city.
