Let’s start September off with yet another very relaxed casual outfit. Key piece here is this boyfriend fit jeans with destroyed patches by clockhouse via C&A. What I like about this jeans is that the studs and metal details are rose gold coloured. It’s a nice light denim that’s great for the transitional period.

It’s September already! One of my favourite months as it marks the slow but steady beginning of fall and the year drawing to a close. I love autumn with all its shades of gold and falling leaves…
Once in a while you just need a no fuss outfit. As late August has graced us with another weekend of temperatures soaring above 30°C sticking to ultimately comfortable, light garments was essential.
Having been a bit of an entomologist all my life I couldn’t resist when I saw this moth print at H&M. I have not been huge on the printed fabric trousers which have been a big trend this summer. But give me an insect print and I’m with it any day! Continue reading
Although it is a bit late in the year for resort style that is just what came to mind when I saw this woven poncho by Esprit. It’s made from lightly woven cotton so it was a welcome addition in the slightly unsteady weather we saw in Berlin over the last few days.
Another shift dress inspired me to a pink look. In aspiration of fall I couldn’t resist to style this with an oversize cable scarf. I simply love scarves and knitted wraps in the cold season so I thought it was high time for a pre-fall look.
This look is all about texture and contrasts. A structured skirt, patent leather pumps and a light summer knit top.
Fall finally seems to be on its way. Which is not a day too soon as far as I am concerned! The last week saw temperatures not falling under 28 °C so we had our share of high summer in Berlin. An ideal time to wear your summer dresses as long as that is still possible. Continue reading
The romper has become a favourite for casual city looks this summer! I am lucky that my workplace allows informal dressing so these comfortable all-in-ones have been a staple these past few weeks.
What I miss most in summer since moving to the city is the peace and happiness of days spent in the garden. There is something so inadvertantly peaceful about spaces full of cultured plants.
