Stripes are one of this summer’s hottest trends – but they’re also a timeless classic. Time to give them some attention.
I know I’ve been a stranger lately and this is actually my first outfit of the month – but sometimes life just gets in the way of blogging and I have resolved to not let that stress me out too much any more. I used to really fret when I couldn’t meet my schedule but right now I think I’m ok and I’m confident that I’ll get back on track. Life has become busy lately and I promise I’ll tell you more about that in one of my upcoming posts.
Stripes never go out of fashion. They are pretty timeless and you can practically wear them all year round. I particularly love wearing them in summer though.
A few weeks ago I showed you my wishlist with items from NewChic in this post. I actually put through an order and last week a lovely package arrived with these little gems.
This outfit is a fun streetstyle with a casual vibe I shot while we were still in Berlin. We actually packed our bags and went home to our families in the countryside over Christmas which is always a nice change from the big city.
Now that the weather in Berlin has finally turned for the worse, it is definitely time to start wearing slightly thicker fabrics. Stripes are a classic so I took the chance to wear this striped woven dress with subtle bouclé effect by Esprit.
