When going to visit Glendalough I wanted to pick something that wouldn’t jar with the medieval romantic of the place so I chose a comfortable long cardigan.
The colour of this jersey cardie goes quite nicely with the stones around, don’t you think? I noticed that the outfit was almost entirely by Esprit with the exception of the trusty See by Chloé bag which is one of my favourites. Walking among these ancient stones was rather magical …despite the many tourists who I tried to keep out of my pictures. I really enjoy lichen-covered stone structures like these and the last time I visited I must have been about eight years old.
