Now that the weather in Berlin has finally turned for the worse, it is definitely time to start wearing slightly thicker fabrics. Stripes are a classic so I took the chance to wear this striped woven dress with subtle bouclé effect by Esprit.
It is currently on sale and as one can never have enough transitional dresses or regular dresses for that matter (at least I can’t) I had to have it. It’s a simple cut with inside out details, curled hems and a lace insert which I particularly like. In my mind, stripes and red always go well together so I have combined it with my Chloé shingled leather bag which I got a few years back at Zalando and Tamaris ankle boots. I like how well the different shades of red go with the reddish brown nailpolish I recently got from dm.
