Don’t you hate how you have a wardrobe full of dresses that you seldom wear? Today I’m showing you how I would wear formal dresses to the office in winter.
I think it’s such a pity that a lot of dresses get worn only on special occasions so I have started wearing some of my party dresses to work lately. I think it’s actually a great way to spice up your daily office wardrobe a bit! Especially now, while waiting for spring…
This short sheath dress by Gat Rimon is a cocktail classic which I would usually style with strappy heels or pumps and bare legs. Now in winter and for going to work I would choose black tights and silver statement chelsea boots. To keep warm with the short sleeves I added a comfy cable cardigan. This particular number in winter white comes with a knitted belt and hails from the current H&M collection. A great staple you can wear with lots of styles! I am so glad I decided to buy this as it has really kept me comfy in the office this winter.

Kennt ihr das auch, dass viele eurer schickeren Kleider die meiste Zeit ihres Daseins im Schrank fristen? Ich finde das immer sehr schade und habe mich daher dazu entschieden, einige meiner Cocktailkleider auch öfter mal ins Büro anzuziehen.
Natürlich eignen sich allzu stark verzierte oder auf Figur geschnittene Kleider nicht unbedingt dazu. Es kommt halt auch immer darauf an, wo man arbeitet und wie lässig der Bürostil sein darf/soll. Dieses relativ grade geschnittene Kleid von Gat Rimon im Colour-Blocking-Stil eignet sich dazu aber recht gut. Für schickere Anlässe würde ich es mit Riemensandaletten oder Pumps tragen. Für mein Winter-Büro-Outfit habe ich mich für eine schwarze Strumpfhose, silberne Metallic Chelsea Boots und einen weißen Cardigan mit Zopfmuster entschieden. Eine silberne Ankerkette von H&M, die ich schon sehr lange habe, fand ich auch noch ganz passend dazu. Dieser Cardigan war diesen Winter unangefochten einer meiner Favoriten, der mich an kalten Tagen im Büro wunderbar warm gehalten hat.
